ZillowVERIFIEDWhen I found myself in the position of having to relocate for a new job opportunity, I faced a critical decision: selecting the right Realtor to assist me. The Lower Greenville real estate market was intensely competitive, and in this challenging landscape, Dustin emerged as my trusted guide, skillfully managing every aspect of the process. From devising effective pricing strategies to evaluating offers and providing invaluable advice, Dustin's expertise ensured I made the best decisions at every turn. Dustin's responsiveness was truly exceptionalaEUR"he consistently replied to my calls and messages within an hour (I'm convinced he never takes a break!). Throughout the entire journey, he treated me with the same level of care and attention that one might expect from a close family member. Dustin not only met but exceeded all my expectations of a Realtor. Without reservation, I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone in search of top-tier real estate guidance.
ZillowVERIFIEDHe made the process understandable and pleasant. He took us out the the property multiple times. He kept us up to date on where we stood on closing. He is honest, friendly, and really cared about us. I would and will recommend him to everyone I know. He stayed in touch by phone and text.

ZillowVERIFIEDI had a new job offer that required an aggressive relocation timeline. Dustin was great at pinpointing housing options that best suited my needs and was very thorough in my search requirements. Very pleased with my experience!
ZillowVERIFIEDDustin is the go-to person for Dallas real estate. He knows the ins and outs of the Dallas market and is always there to answer my questions about trends, market analyses and all other house matters. He is passionate about his work and displays the highest level of professionalism towards his clients.
ZillowVERIFIEDAs a first time home buyer, I knew nothing about townhouses, conventional-FHA-VA loans, HOAs, price per square foot, days on market...or anything else real estate. I actually knew Dustin from Crossfit, but didn't know he was a realtor until I mentioned I was looking for a place when my lease was up and he offered to help. After answering about 10,000+ questions, texts, calls, and e-mails and talking me off a ledge a few times, I was able to buy a brand new townhouse in the Lower Greenville area. Dustin guided me through the process from looking at places, getting pre-approved, making offers, inspections, negotiating the final price, and then finally closing! When my closing was about to be delayed by a failed City inspection over the building sprinkler pressure, Dustin was the person who went to the City's Building Inspection Department and worked out the re-inspection and he got it done, NOT the developer. He really does go above and beyond, and if I ever get ready to buy or sell again, Dustin will be first call.
ZillowVERIFIEDDustin is quite knowledgeable about the market, home values, and home repairs and conditions. Although I ended up having a personal situation that prevented me from buying a home at that time, Dustin was there through the entire process and I plan to start working with him again this year.
