ZillowVERIFIEDThis was my first time ever buying a home. I was thrown into buying a place. I was so overwhelmed and scared. It just all seemed so difficult but Dustin made the buying process super easy and beginner friendly. Dustin was so patient with me and all my questions. If he didnt know an answer to a question I had, he would always find an answer within a day. He would explain things to me more than once if I didnt understand what was going on. Dustin would always check in to let me know what was happening and to see how I felt about everything. Working with him didnt feel like it was work. It always felt like I was talking to a friend that knows a lot about real estate sales. Hes always early and always prepared. Dustin would also state any problems if there were problems (i.e. cracks or water damage). We would have conversations on how that could be fixed if I ended up liking the place enough to buy it. Dustin is so easy to talk to and I know I would get an honest answer from him. Hes not in it to make a quick buck. Dustin had advised me about the potential issue to resell for a couple places that I liked. Both of them were beside a main street or freeway. It bought a new perspective into thinking of how to look for and buy a condo. He genuinely cares if his clients are happy with the home that they are buying. Dustin is so easy to work with and makes everything stress free. If there is something that didnt look right in the paper work, he would let me know and we would have a conversation about it. The escrow on my place was delayed two weeks due to a lender issue. He handled the situation with grace and precision. He did all the heavy lifting and gave me regular updates. We closed within that two week period with the original property we were in escrow for. Dustin did an outstanding job helping me find and purchase my condo. I'm going to miss working with him.

ZillowVERIFIEDI met Dustin at an open house in my neighborhood. What stood out and made him different from other agents was his strategy to sell the house (youll have to meet him to find out). When I was looking for a condo for my daughter, I immediately thought about Dustin. He is unpretentious, very efficient with communication, had sites confirmed with listing agents to view, always early to sites, very patient and most important, he advocated for us to get the best price. We were one of the first viewers of said condo and Dustin quickly offered $10K lower from listed price. I was so worried that it was too low since the offer was made 2 days after the open house only to learn 2 days later that the sellers accepted the offer! Dustin does his homework and you will see that he always arrives prepared!! I highly recommend him!!

After having interviewed several real estate agents, we decided that Dustin would be the right fit for us. He immediately made us feel like we were in this together. He worked tirelessly to make sure that we made the right decision in home ownership without pressuring us. He quickly gained our trust and our esteem; and when the time came for us to make an offer his advice and guidance through it all ensured that our bid was the one accepted! We are now proud owners of a Condo in Sherman Oaks (our dream location!) and truly it would not have been possible without Dustin. Shortly after we closed, we got the devastating news that a family member was critically ill which turned our world upside down. But Dustin was there to support us through all of the post closing tasks and was so patient and kind as we were truly struggling to come to grips with everything that was going on. Dustin didnt have to do all he did for us post closing but thats just who he is, even now that were settled in our new home, he still checks in on us. The home buying process is stressful and there are so many emotions that go into it so you want to make sure you have the right realtor to help guide you through it. Dustin is the right/best person for the job!

He also was really great at listening to exactly what I wanted and showing me different properties + being available to look at them with me. The first condo I put an offer in on was accepted because of his advice.
