Working with Durwin was a positive experience from start to finish. He, together with his partnering agent Lisa, assisted me in the sale of two homes that were inherited through the sudden passing of a relative. Already a stressful situation, the matters were complicated further by one of the homes being a distressed property that would require some real talent to find a buyer. At our first meeting, Durwin carefully explained the process, what minimum investment would needed at each home, and helped me understand kind of listing and sale strategy we would be looking at. Although I was a motivated seller, I knew very little about the process and needed to learn quickly. As it would turn out, Durwin would be an excellent advisor and partner for this very situation. Every question was answered, anxieties resolved, and valuable input at every stage of the process. We were ultimately above target on one sale and right on with the other, which I could not be more pleased about. Durwin was not only a pleasure to work with, but was willing to put the work in too.

OMG!!!! is the reaction when you first meet him. Very professional and excellent presentation when you first meet. Very knowledgeable of realEstate, and the process of selling or buying. Hes very patient which I like. I dont like realtors that are pushy or arrogant or anything like that.
