Dunham is patient, calm, honest, and easy to work with. He takes time to explain what I don't understand (which is a lot when it comes to home buying and selling!). Dunham is very well connected in the South Bay and brought us several potential buying opportunities before they hit the MLS. And when it came to selling our last home, Dunham marketed it so well it sold within a week and at the price we wanted.
