Coordinating from FL, Duane was able to keep us busy for 3 full days viewing homes that we selected as potentials. He waded in snow, took videos of homes and sent us photos before we arrived in CO. After all of the viewings, the home we chose was one that Duane selected and was not even on our radar. We set an appointment to look at it, made an offer and just closed today, approximately 30 days later. Duane went above and beyond, there wasn't a hiccup in the process he couldn't remedy! Duane, is extremely responsive by phone, text or email and very knowledgeable in not only his field but was also an asset during closing. We walked away from the closing today feeling like old friends, we will definitely work with Duane again.

Duane immediately jumped on showing us the home and submitting an offer. Sadly, that home fell through but soon after we found a home that was equally (if not more) amazing than the first. Again, Duane jumped on showing us the home and putting in an offer and this one came through. Duane has been extremely kind, caring, and compassionate throughout the entire process.
