Simply put, Julie Creighton and her team are a breath of fresh air. In a world where it has become so difficult to find trustworthy, communicative, hardworking people with attention to detail, Julie rose well above and beyond expectations time and time again.My wife met Julie when she was hosting an open house. We were so fortunate to have run into her that day because she became an integral part of both our buying and selling experience - quite frankly, I don't think we would have gotten through it without her! When it came time to list our home, she was extremely detail oriented and well prepared. She came with loads of information and comps to support our listing price - and she was accurate in her estimates. She, Drew, and Jackie were fantastic with staging, organizing photos, and all throughout the negotiation and contract period right up to closing. In the craziness that is the real estate business, she was always a calming, reassuring influence - this was invaluable to our situation.At the end of the day, I just wish more professionals worked for their clients like Julie and team did for me. I will certainly not forget the lengths she went to help me through this process. We met Drew at an open house and were immediately impressed with his knowledge of Greenwich. He helped us search for and buy our house in Greenwich. We would search on Zillow and then call him to consult. He knew every house on the market and gave us great advice on which to see. He is very responsive, patient and has an eternally sunny disposition. Working with him was an absolute pleasure! My two daughters adored him and he made the home search experience pleasurable for the entire family.His negotiation skills and local knowledge of the real estate were invaluable. A pleasure to work with, Drew was both responsive and efficient throughout the process of securing our apartment in Greenwich. Since the 2008 recession, units in my condo had been selling below market value despite the association's efforts to improve the building. Drew and his team made a presentation to the association on how to increase the selling price of the units, and my unit was selected as the test model. With Drew and his teams' help, my unit achieved the best selling price in recent years. And even though we moved before the unit sold, Drew and his team handled everything in our absence and completed the sale for us.
