Drew helped us purchase a home site unseen while we drove through Canada. Crazy, I know. We knew we were buying a fixer-upper home, but I do not feel that Drew's assessment of the property was very honest. He said the smoke smell wasn't noticeable, but it was definitely gross. The listing said there had been no pets, but I definitely found cat hair in crazy places (including the fridge) and had an allergy attack upon entry (seller and/or seller agent integrity issue). We ripped up the original carpets the first night we were here, could not sleep in the home for weeks, and camped in the garage. While I appreciate his quick responsiveness, we made it clear upfront that we were driving through Canada and would not have service for some of the days when he was hoping to conclude the transaction. We never met in person, but I got the impression he was glad to conclude with us.

Drew went very far out of his way to make sure we found our forever home. We qualified just under asking price and he helped us write a letter to the sellers and it made all the difference. We closed Nov of 2019 and are very fortunate that we bought when we did. He helped us with every step including our finance. 10 out of 10 would recommend him to anyone I care about.
