Drew Ferrara is truly one of the good guys. If I told you Drew showed my wife and I a couple dozen houses over the past few years, I would not be exaggerating. He has been more than patient with our search for the perfect next home. He saw us through 3 failed attempts to buy in this insane market and kept a positive attitude the whole time. He'd say "it just wasn't meant to be" and he was right. There were times we'd get frustrated and be willing to settle on less than we wanted and Drew would say "this isn't what you really want" and get us to take a step back to reality. He knows how and when they were built, the options for each model and what to look out for. We walked out of a house that was a dump on the inside (he spotted the defects upon opening the door) and into the home we eventually bought - 2 hours after it went on the market. Drew knows every agent in the area - he'll get you into the home that fits your need.
