1. What types of clients have you worked with?
You! Seriously though, this is BY FAR the question we get the most. Typically, a team will have a niche audience, but for us we've served everyone from Troutdale to Tokyo with considerable portfolios across ALL price points.
2. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
We had a family decide to move in late autumn whom we helped to sell and buy. We had an accepted offer within a few days that was $50k over asking AND their offer was accepted on their dream home. But then in inspections, things got hairy due to some of the new property extending too far, and the paperwork started flying. We had to race and think quickly to keep everything on track to get them settled in before Christmas, and the whole thing felt like a bona fide Christmas miracle!
3. How did you get started in Real Estate?
I started back in 2001, straight out of college with a degree in business. I was fortunate to work with a small team who, at the time, were some of the only folks around treating real estate like a full-time business. It was a terrific learning experience and a perfect springboard to launch my own career as a full-time broker.
