Growing up in West Chester, he developed a passion for performing music, both instrumental and vocal. He later realized his musical dreams by earning a degree in Music Education from West Chester University, and subsequently launched his rewarding teaching career. Within five years under Doug's leadership, the fast-growing start-up grew into one of the largest painting organizations in the county, with more than 35 dedicated employees and a referral rating of over 98%. His wealth of knowledge is based on his own personal success and the success of his clients.
