ZillowVERIFIEDDouglas is an incredible realtor and I'm not impressed easily. He listened impeccably well and sought to understand our needs. Douglas is always friendly and supportive, never pushy. Every house we wanted to look at he had some valuable information on to give us a competitive advantage. We got the deal of the century and we are 100% satisfied. He's a friend. I'd trust him to watch my 1 year old now.
ZillowVERIFIEDDoug represented us from seller side while being the buyer agent as well. A true professional - solid ethics, crisp communication and eye on the ball attitude. It's been a while since we bought our house and still when we have questions related to our house, he is always there to connect with the previous builder/owner to help us out. Talk about knowing how to build lifetime relationships. Doug's a keeper.
ZillowVERIFIEDDouglas is a true professional. He is courteous, responsive and extremely knowledgeable. He navigated me through an unfortunate shortsale and kept me sane in the process. When it was time to purchase again, I never considered working with anyone besides Douglas. He helped us find the right home, for a fair price in a great neighborhood. We love our new home and are very thankful to Douglas for working so hard on our behalf.
