Doug made our home purchase a Breeze! We have an unconventional work schedule and Doug 100% of the way made himself available. When we had questions (even when answers needed asked of other agents) Doug responded almost immediately. Every time we asked to see properties he made time and worked hard to get us in for viewings. Doug was very diligent sending us new listings based on Our Home Goals. We actually had our aEUR~move company, provided by our employer, offer us cash back at closing to use their realtor; we chose Doug over the kick back because he was working hard for us without making us feel pressured- even knowing our situation! Doug helped us negotiate a good, fair price for our home purchase. He had our inspection done the day after we went pending! Doug was proactive every step of the way. While we were scrambling to find insurance for our Lender we received an e-mail from Doug with an insurance quote... we had not even asked and it was awesome & stress relieving to have a realtor Experienced, Knowledgable, and Connected to ease our burden. Doug kept us on track allowing us to actually close 6 days early.
