Luckily, our sister-in-law recommended Doug who quickly ascertained exactly what we were looking for. Doug is very knowledgeable about the Daytona Beach area and was very patient with us as we perused several houses. He set aside a few days for us to travel to FL and look at a multitude of properties. We were impressed with the thoroughness of his initial walkthroughs. Once, we placed a bid on a house, Doug continued to work diligently for us. When the home inspection report was sent to us, he took it upon himself to go back to the house and check on some of the issues and shared his findings with us so that we could make an informed decision on how to proceed. Doug made us feel like we were old friends and put us at ease every step of the way. We do not often leave reviews, but in this particular case, we inquired about how we could leave one simply because Doug offered superior service and knowledge. He helped us develop a timeline and gave us excellent ideas of small things to do that really made our house appealing to the eventual buyer. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free from that first meeting until closing. He uses a wonderful photographer who implements 3-D pics that allows you to move throughout the home and view all rooms at 360 degrees. Doug responded to even the smallest questions usually within minutes. You can tell that Doug has been doing this for awhile and that you are in good hands throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend this realtor with absolutely no reservations.
