ZillowVERIFIED Ive had the pleasure of knowing Doug for the last 5 years. My husband and I were on the constant search to find the right home, and finally we found it. From the get go , Doug was helpful, accommodating and enthusiastic the entire time. The sale of our former house was seamless, as Dougs knowledge for pricing as well as showing was perfectly spot on. While we were sad to say goodbye to many memories in our house, both Doug, Jess and the Lamacchia Realty crew made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. Together we were able to find our forever home.

ZillowVERIFIED Doug was absolutely amazing to work with, he was always available for any questions or concerns - he worked our case and called me daily even while on vacation, he truly went above and beyond in many ways and held my hand thru it all. He listened to all my concerns and stresses with a huge move, and leaving our house of almost 30 years. He aways made me feel like we and our sale were a top priority from the very beginning til even after the sale was final. I would 1,000 recommend Doug, and would go thru him again if ever given the opportunity. Thank you Doug!

ZillowVERIFIED Doug made the process of selling our house easy. He started by looking the house over a month before listing and giving us tips on areas that we could improve to maximize our sale price. He and his team took professional photos and allowed us to review them before publication. He guided us on our houses value within our neighborhood so we could properly price our property. Doug arranged appointments for viewing that fit around our schedule. Doug informed us on the potential buyers reviews and then presented us with the offers he received. I reached out to Doug many times during the process and he was very responsive and provided accurate feedback and guidance. I would have Doug represent me for any future real estate transactions I may have.

ZillowVERIFIED Doug was an absolute joy to work with: straight forward, honest and earned our trust We tried a few other brokers before and had some mixed success but were lucky enough to find and use Doug exclusively. Doug took the time to understand in detail what we were looking. Beyond just asking us for a price and when are we looking to buy. He was patient, respectful and most importantly diligent in finding us houses/land to consider that fit us not just "inventory". He helped us navigate the bid process, advising us on strategy and positioning. We ended up buying land but all of his recommendations from the real estate lawyer, perc test and a potential builder, were all top notch and extremely professional. He takes his reputation very serious and it shows. I would HIGHLY recommend Doug, his personality and professional were a perfect match for us

ZillowVERIFIED Doug is the man! He is very knowledgeable and guided me in the right direction of what was right for me. He was never pushy and always honest about his opinion of a good or bad deal. I felt safe about getting into the right investment with his advice. I will continue to work with him in the future and will highly recommend him to anyone. Its rare to find that kind of honesty these days. Every aspect of the purchase and the sale was on point and most importantly he made sure there was no surprises. Call Berkshire Dream Home, if you dont get Doug not to worry he and Andy train their staff to operate the same way. Theyre a great company and they look out for the best interest of their clients! They will find the right deal for you! What more could you ask for?

ZillowVERIFIED I'm glad I chose Doug to represent me in my purchase. He was very responsive, and his insight helped me buy in a competitive market while I was in a difficult situation with a broken ankle. He made it possible for me to purchase remotely, as I had limited mobility and was three hours away, so I could not make the journey to see properties. I also changed course several times and he was always patient and ready to help.
