ZillowVERIFIEDIn early July I was contacted by High Performance Real Estate Advisors (HPREA) after submitting an application online indicating that I was interested in buying a home. I set an appointment for the following day which is when I met my agent, Don. Immediately, I was drawn to Dons outgoing and friendly personality. His calm demeanor provided me with an overwhelming sense of ease and comfort as a first-time home buyer. Don demonstrated a strong knowledge base for his company by taking me for a tour of the office. By doing so, I learned that there was a mortgage company and lawyers available for me, when I would need them for closing. Upon returning to his office, Don spent an hour and a half with me during my first appointment meticulously reviewing specifics about location, price, and must-haves in my future home. Once the location boundaries were set, Don quickly put me in contact with HPREAs showing specialist, Chris. While Chris and I visited a multitude of homes, Don worked tirelessly in conjunction with Chris to narrow down my specifics even further. Once I stepped into my current home, I instantly wanted to put in an offer. Chris made first contact with Don who immediately started the necessary paperwork to submit an offer. After a very stressful back-and-forth negotiation, which Don handled with great charisma and knowledge, my offer was accepted. In addition to drawing up the proper paperwork and tussling with negotiations, Don also called to check-in daily with me about how the process was going on and how he could best serve me as the client. He was always readily available for any and all questions regardless of how insignificant I felt they were. Since my showing agent could not attend my inspection due to an emergency, Don quickly stepped up and attended the inspection with me. Again, Don demonstrated his care for his client. Additionally, Don attended my closing appointment because I did not feel comfortable going alone. Once again, this clear act of selflessness indicated Dons passion for his job. I sincerely appreciate all of Dons hard work to help me obtain the house of my dreams. I highly recommend Don, as well as the whole team at HPREA, for all of your buying and selling needs.
