ZillowVERIFIED Brandon Yopp, our realtor, has been absolutely outstanding. He has truly gone "above and beyond" to assist us in purchasing our new home. Through a long long story of purchasing a home 18 months ago, 2 contracts falling through on our other house, and MOVING 4 TIMES IN 18 MONTHS he has been by our side the whole time. He has done things for us that a typical realtor would not do. He saved our $60,000 deposit when it looked like we would lose it. He has answered our questions every time we called and got to us right away. He truly helped us when our stress level was "off the chart" and 2 stays in the hospital and 2 bouts of covid. We just can't thank Brandon and his team enough! If you need a realtor that is very knowledgeable and stays with you and does everything in his power to help you, Brandon is the one. He accommodated a simple listing procedure which culminated in a 6 day sale. Closing went with minimum difficulties and a satisfied seller and buyer. What more could one want. My guess is that you will know immediately upon meeting, that he is a Realtor that you should definitely consider.
