ZillowVERIFIED Doug Rains is the real deal. A true real estate professional that I will recommend to anyone needing help to buy or sell real estate. My house sale was a difficult short sale that a previous agent failed at because they did not follow the correct steps to get the job done. Doug took on the challenge knowing that our bank had already turned us down once for a short sale with a cash buyer. He managed the entire process flawlessly and sold the house for more than the previous agent. The entire process to close our sale was half the time that our previous agent took for a declined sort sale (3 months instead of 6). Throughout the sale process, Doug did an amazing job of communicating by phone, email and text regarding the status of the sale as well as coordinating meetings for any docs that needed to be signed. If you need help with any real estate transaction, I hope you consider Doug as your agent. You will not be disappointed.

When I described his help in acquiring our new home friends and colleugues were impressed with how he canvased the neighborhood we were interested in and found a seller who was in the market to move, but hadn't gotten around to starting the process. With Doug's help we were able to work with the seller (who was very nice and accomodating) and get into our new home within a month of identifying the property. I would highly recommend Doug to anyone in the market for a new home or if you are planning to move. Zillow only allows 5 stars, but I would give him 10 stars!
