Doug did an outstanding job from the beginning to the end of the process. He helped us in both purchasing and selling our house as one seamless process. On the selling front, he managed the listing, appraisal and inspection process on our behalf and was able to get it sold in a matter of weeks. He went above and beyond in terms of getting our paperwork done as well. In terms of purchasing of new home, he set up a great process to see houses that really fit our criteria and filtered it down to a very manageable few. Once we ended up finding the ideal home, Doug helped us get set up with the builder and banks and was there every step of the way as our dream home was built. A true professional every step of the way I would highly recommend Doug for any home buying or selling needs.

We met Doug Plant at one of the first open house events we went to. Doug did what other agents said they would but never did. He got us on a search list that same day. He showed us numerous houses all over NW Houston from Tomball to Spring to Copperfield. When we found the house we were most interested in, Doug got the process going of making an offer, setting up financing, etc. He went out of his way to help us see the house numerous times. He was always available to answer questions and replied to texts quickly. He was encouraging and directed us to the right people every step of the way. So glad we met him.
