ZillowVERIFIEDI am so glad to have discovered Douglas Fisher at Coldwell Banker Americana. I found Mr. Fisher to be quick and thorough in all of his communication which I really appreciated. Even though my land sale was low in price value, I felt like Doug treated me like I was selling a million dollar home. For anyone buying or selling real estate, if you want the hardest working and most professional agent around, I recommend you choose Doug Fisher. I'm sure glad I did!

ZillowVERIFIED We were so pleased with Doug's knowledge, helpfulness, dedication to the sale of our home. He is very considerate, honest and truthful. Anytime we had a question he was very quick to answer it and if he didn't know he would get the answer and get back with us in a very timely matter. We felt very comfortable with him and knew that he had our best interest in mind. I would HIGHLY recommend Doug and Suzi to anyone who is looking to sell their home. We are now in the process of looking for another home to buy and Doug has been great keeping us informed of any new houses that have come on the market that we might be interested in. We have made a new friend and continue to enjoy working with him on our home searching journey.

ZillowVERIFIED Doug and Suzi having been amazing to work with! They're so responsive, friendly, and really listen to our needs. When we weren't sure to do with a difficult seller, they provided valuable advice that allowed us to close the deal feeling like we got exactly what we wanted. We couldn't recommend them MORE! The experience between the two of them combined is worth so much to a buyer that may feel a bit unsure about making offers, the process, or the best areas of town. ONLY call Doug and Suzi for your next real estate needs! They ARE the best!

ZillowVERIFIED Doug and Suzi were so helpful. They took care of everything quickly and perfectly. Through the ups and downs of first choosing a house with foundation issues and dealing with unreasonable sellers of that home when trying to exit the contract, to finally closing on the home we chose, they were there for us. Would recommend them to anyone!

ZillowVERIFIED Doug sells homes, but as he'll tell you, his joy is in helping people. From start to finish, he's in the business to ensure that your purchasing or selling experience goes smoothly. In helping us purchase our first home, he was knowledgeable and available throughout. He's an easy first choice for real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Doug is absolutely amazing. He helped my parents find an amazing house 2 years ago, so I knew who I could trust when I wanted to buy my own house. Doug is courteous, friendly, great with communication, and easy to work with. He works off and on the clock, working with other people to make things as easy for you as possible. When looking for a house, he knew what I needed and was able to come up with the right info so I could make the best decision. I heartily recommend Doug to my friends and family, and can assure you that Doug will work for your best interest!

ZillowVERIFIED Doug Fisher was quick to respond to a repossession sale. The bank was in California, but he worked out the details as if the seller was in town. His communication was always helpful and clear. I wanted to get inside the house 3 times and he was always cooperative. Doug is a serious professional with a casual and friendly nature.

ZillowVERIFIED I was impressed that Doug was persistant in having Open Houses even though the weather was totally uncooperative, but he persevered! He kept me up on everything going on including the comments of the people who looked at the house. The house went on the market in October, 2014 and sold in February 2015.

ZillowVERIFIED I only write this review because Doug Fisher was awesome. My loan officer was terrible. I gave them all the paperwork early and they gave me a call 30 minutes after the closing time saying aEURoesorry unfortunately we can't help youaEUR?. I had the power turned off to my rental and all of my boxes packed. I was very upset. I called Doug and somehow he was able to get me into the house that next day, and find me a Lender that got me approved and closed in less than two weeks, simply amazing. Thank you for everything...... :) Thanks, Daric Suppes

ZillowVERIFIED Doug helped me both buy and sell a house. It was his honesty, integrity, and sincerity during our "buying" process that made it a "no-brainer" to select him to sell our house also. Doug didn't try to "sell" me. He didn't try to avoid imperfections in the houses. He didn't try to avoid communicating with me. He simply served in exceptional ways meeting all our needs in a timely, honest fashion.

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Doug Fisher to buy our home. He has alot of integrity and won't try to get you to buy a home just to get a quick commission. He'll take the time to find you the right one. He knows the local market.
