We have been involved in real estate for many years. We often had a rental property as a supplement to our income. When we retired , our financial portfolio was exclusively invested in real estate. We have a long history of collaborating with real estate agents in the Bay Area, Phoenix & Oregon. Hands down, Jill has been the most competent, reliable, knowledgable, considerate and fun real estate agent we have ever worked with. We initially met Jill when we were looking for an investment property in San Clemente. We were pleased when we realized what a truly incredible agent she was and purchased a residential property with her help. We subsequently used her expertise, selling that property & purchasing another property in San Clemente. We did not consider using anyone else. Jill has a superb knowledge of the market. Often times she had a personal relationship with those we were dealing with. If she did not, her research was expeditious and accurate. Jill was quick to pick up on our criteria for our property searches and as a result we did no have to waste time looking at properties we would not be interested in. Once we targeted a property her negotiation skills were outstanding. No other agent we have worked with had the skill of negotiating. When we closed on our properties, Jill was invaluable in procuring local contractors to do any work that needed to be done. She was always available to meet with vendors at the property on our behalf. She also followed up to make sure the work was done properly. In addition to the real estate transaction, Jil was excellent at helping us find tenants for our properties. She handled marketing, interviewing prospects, credit checks, and handling details of the move in. She and her backup staff were efficient and prompt, staying on top of every detail. We have been extremely satisfied with the service Jill has provided and would recommend her at the highest level to anyone seeking advice in the real estate market.
