Working with Doug was an amazing experience. We actually started looking for our home in 2019, as we started looking the market just took off. We saw so many homes and through this process Doug, got better at understanding what we were looking for. We NEVER felt pressured to make a decision. Doug was professional, always responsive and on time with all our requests. He also knows the area like the back of his hand. Once we found the home we were all in on, he was already preparing for inspections. He negotiated diligently on our behalf never once making us feel like we were under the gun. Truly felt like he was on our side. Doug is a standout on all levels. Doug was wonderful! We have known Doug for over 20 years because our kids went to the same schools. When we had to suddenly move out of state to care for family, we immediately called Doug and left our home in his care. Doug was fantastic with every aspect. He was detailed and organized getting our home ready to sell, took care of issues that popped up, extremely knowledgeable about the housing market and very calming when our nerves started to show.
