Dottie was the real estate agent for my elderly parents. We have just closed on their home, and she was instrumental in being sure all the correct paperwork was filed with the various agencies, and patient in explaining all the tedious steps to my folks. Their home was a modular that required extra (and unforeseen) steps, and I'm not sure the sale would have gone through without Dottie's constant determination to get it all done. Our family would recommend her in a heartbeat.
