ZillowVERIFIED Recently I sold my home in Middlesex County. I was looking for a real estate agent who would be great to work with, reliable, and also knowledgeable in the field of Real Estate. I have bought and sold other houses in the past and many of the agents I have used were not up to my standards with the few things that I look for in an agent. My sister sold her house recently and said I should use the agent she used. My sister raved about how great and ontop of things her agent was during the selling of her home. That is when I reached out to Dorothy "DOTTIE" Redding. Dottie and I spoke, told her what I was looking for and everything after that fell into place. Dottie priced my home exactly where it should be at, my house sold at full price, and the process of selling the home could not have been smoother. Whenever I needed to talk to Dottie, she always was there to pickup the phone and chat about the ongoing process. She would always keep me up to date through txt, phone calls, and emails when needed. Dottie also can provide other people in the real estate business to help with the process in selling your home. Lawyers, handymen, etc. I had an inspector coming to my home where I could not make it in time to let him in, I reached out to Dottie, Dottie was at my home within 10 mins waiting for the inspector until I arrived. Dottie goes above and beyond in my opinion of the average real estate agent. Her knowledge and drive with selling a home is fantastic. I would highly recommend Dottie to anyone selling their home. She is motivated to sell your home and will do whatever is needed to make it happen.

ZillowVERIFIED Dottie was amazing. We were so fortunate to have found her. Being from out of the area she took care of everything from inspection, repairs, clean out. We seriously couldn't have done it without her. She stayed in touch every step of the way. Anytime something came up she touched base and gave us our options. When a few items came up after the inspection she helped us find a contractor to correct problems. She also helped us all through the closing process and explained everything every step of the way. I would use her again in a heart beat.

While the process of home selling/buying was much more difficult than Id imagined, Dottie was there for me every step of the way. She gave me excellent advice, was available to me 24/7, and is knowledge about every aspect of home selling/buying. I had many different issues with the sale of my home including remodeling of a master bath and replacing a septic system, and without Dottie's help and guidance through the process, the sale of my home would probably never have happened! I could call her at 7 in the morning or 10 at night and she would always take my calls and ease my mind. We are a military family moving from Alaska to New Jersey and even tho we couldn't be here in person to look at homes she literally went out of her way to do the best job possible. From arranging times for my parents to look at houses for us to touching base on every step of the process. We had two homes fall through before we found our dream home (No fault of Dotties) She never stopped working for us, even though at this point I think a lot of people would have been frustrated! Buying and selling is stressful, and you will have a sense of calm throughout the process, due to her vast knowledge not only of real estate, but her vast knowledge of the areas she represents....she was my agent when I bought my house in 2013, as well as the agent I turned to when I needed to relocate and sell in October of 2016. We had some very quirky situations arise during that process, but Dottie was right there to find out what we needed to do. She gets an A+ in communication skills as well, because she kept me posted throughout her research to solve the problems. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a house, or to sell.
