She answered all calls and texts 7 days a week no matter how small or big the question. Dorina supported us through difficult negotiations and handled every situation with such a professional yet calm and comforting presence. We were very picky when purchasing our second home as we want this to be a home we can be in for a long time. We wanted enough space to grow along with a list of things we envisioned as non-negotiables. Dorina got us in with the first showing of every house that was coming available. Things were going so fast so she made an extra effort to get us in as soon as things were coming out. She found a house that was for sale by the owner that had everything we were looking for and we fell in love with the house. Dorina walked us through each step of the process supporting us with our lenders and through negotiations on the home we were buying and also the home we were selling. We ended up selling our home after it was on the market for six days. She found us the perfect home a few days after we went under contract, allowing us to be able to close on both places the same day. She was very helpful and upfront about what we should do to get the home ready for sale. She provided spot on pricing and thorough marketing, so much more than just a sign. It worked and we were quickly scheduled for showings and under contract in less than one day.
