I actually met up with 4 realtors in the Washington area, and 1 in WV before I found her, and I am beyond blessed to have met her. I knew instantly this was more than just a paycheck to her, and she guided me through this journey as if I was her own daughter. My fiance and I saw well over 50 homes during these last 5 months, and Doreen happily took us to 95% of those. I was having problems with my WV realtor and she even offered to look for homes in that area that my WV realtor could show me. Keep in mind, she gains nothing from that! That was literally from the kindness of her own heart! We eventually ended up finding a home, and she got us in to view it the day after it hit the market (it wasn't even a full 24 hours), and we put our offer in the next day. Finding a home is so personal, and it's so important to love and trust the person you're working with.
