Review My experience in working with Doree to get my home sold could not have been any better!! I had extra challenges in that I was an out-of-state seller of an inherited condo, still full of belongings, and badly in need of upgrades. Knowing that my time in Ohio was limited, Doree quickly met with me on the same day that she was contacted and came up with a comprehensive plan for what price I could reasonably get for the condo, based on prior sales in the neighborhood, and what minimum set of upgrades would need to be performed to reach that goal. She has a network of contacts that perform services such as remodeling/staging and estate liquidation, so when it was all said and done, I had a well-synchronized team of experts that took care of everything for me, which reduced my stress significantly. Doree remained in close contact with me throughout the entire process, providing updates on how things were going. The best update of all was when she called me less than 2 weeks after the condo hit the market to tell me that we received what ended up being a successful offer!!The results alone would have made this a great experience, but making it even better was the fact that Doree is a wonderful and caring person who took the time to get to know me and to share her own similar experiences in life. It felt like I was working with a friend, and in fact, that's exactly what I consider her to be now.

Review I actually deal with Laurie Englehart, but she and Doree are in a good team. She walked through three houses with us and gave honest suggestion for us to make our decision to choose one to deal with. From loan financing, title escrow, house repairing, she let the process go smoothly. Especially, her husband (Mike) is a general contractor, he helps me a lot to get many things repaired or suggestion nicely with very reasonable expending that can save us a big money. Overall, this William Keller team is a very professional and customer oriented team, I strongly recommend anyone like you to deal with them.

Early in the selling of my present home a different Realtor showed my home to a person who had not been pre-qualified, which is a waste of time. I had accepted the offer only to find, due to Doree's competence, that they could not qualify so of course the sale never continued. I am pleased with her knowledge in her field, and she is excellent in communicating needed information to me. Pleasant and personable, Doree will always do well in selling and listing homes.
