ZillowVERIFIED Dora was the best realtor I couldve asked for. I'm not sure how we got so lucky connecting with her on Zillow. We appreciated her honesty, knowledge, and communication throughout. She answered our millions of questions at all hours of the day, answered every phone call, listened to our anxiety and talked us down through this crazy market and house buying process. Things never go perfect when buying, but I never once felt like we were not supported or that Dora didnt have our best interest in mind. She always made us aware before the next steps, negotiated on our behalf in a way we were comfortable with and that was realistic for our situation. We listened to her advice and she made everything work out for us. She truly went above and beyond and we couldnt be more grateful to have her throughout this process. We had a horrible experience with a realtor in the past, and everyone knows buying a house is stressful. Dora alleviated any stress that could be controlled when buying a house. When selling our condo, she made sure it was staged well and looked gorgeous. It received offers within 24 hours. We couldnt have had a better experience with another realtor. Coming from a different state, she was helpful in educating me on the market in FL and what I could expect. She is prompt in communication and was able to schedule showings quickly on the schedule I had to work with. After we found the perfect home, Dora was relentless in communicating with the listing agent and finding out what would make our offer most appealing to the seller. Sure enough, we got the home against multiple offers! Dora was great in coordinating all the pieces of the process after we went under contract. She has gone above and beyond and helped me with various things including contractor recommendations. Dora is very easy to work with yet is assertive and gets the deal done. I am confident that if wasn't for her I would not have gotten this home! I would highly recommend Dora.
