Working with Dontae was an absolute pleasure. He made the entire home-buying process easy and stress-free, always taking the time to explain things clearly and answer any questions I had. What I appreciated most was that I never felt pressured. His knowledge of the market and genuine care for finding the right home for me really stood out. I'm grateful for his help and would recommend Dontae to anyone looking for a new home.

Ive had the pleasure of working with Dontae on four real estate transactions: two personal house transactions, one commercial property, and one investment property. Every single experience has been outstanding. Dontae is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and reliable. He makes what can be a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. No matter the type of property, hes always prepared, proactive, and truly has his clients best interests at heart. I'm grateful to have had his guidance and support throughout each step, and I wouldnt hesitate to work with him again. Highly recommend!

Dontae worked very hard to help me throughout the process of finding a home on a really tight and short notice. He always answered my questions and when he didnt answer and got back to me in a timely manner.

Dontae was excellent to work with. He made sure we understood the selling and buying process every step of the way. He was also able to get us what we wanted for our sale price and our buy price. Since working with him we have referred several family members and friends.
