He not only helped us clear out the property, but also coordinated all the extra work that had to be done before listing. Donta was there during the cleanout, paid attention to details, and kept things moving forward. His communication and responiveness always kept us in the loop. There were a few hurdles during the process, especially when it came to delays with our contractor. The buyer requested some changes and things got dragged out after some unexpected issues, but Donta managed all the back and forth patiently, made extraa visits to the property, and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. He is honest, fair, and truly cared about helping us reach a successful closing. We really appreciate everything he did and highly recommend Donta to anyone looking for a hardworking and reliable realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Mr. Yates did a phenomenal job at finding a house that I could raise a family in. I told him what me and wife wanted in our house which was we wanted a nice kitchen, at least 2 full bath, and a good safe neighborhood. And he found everything we needed we had a few step backs but he was very nice and worked with me. He negotiated with the seller on what we wanted and also what would help us in the long run that I didnt know we needed due it being our first home. I would recommend him to others 10/10
