Donovan Schemke

The Schemke Team started solo in 1992 when Pam was working as a Realtor at a Boutique Office developing my business as one of Solano County's Top Real Estate Agents. Having been employed by the Rancho Solano Corporation (a golf course community development in 1989) Pam sold club memberships and toured potential buyers through custom homes. She then turned those buyers over to someone who ultimately wrote the contract and gave her a referral gift, i.e. a trip on the wine train, flowers, or a bottle of wine. Pam realized that she was actually selling homes, and loving it, but not getting paid. Pam earned her Real Estate License in 1992 and when her son Donovan followed her into the business and became her partner in 2002, at that boutique office, she was truly validated. His forward thinking and awareness of the Global Economy, the future of Real Estate as an International Investment, took him to RE/MAX to launch his career. Pam reluctantly followed, and as they say, The Rest is History.
The exposure of an International Company, RE/MAX's Tools for Marketing, their Internationally Recognized Balloon, their Logo on the Scoreboard at San Francisco Giants Games, and their television commercials, made the boutique idea Pam clung to look like the Mom and Pop grocery store that had given way to the Supermarket.
Pam was immediately at HOME with RE/MAX and grateful to Donovan for the enlightenment.
