I found him directly from a Zillow search and we connected and got to work within an hour or so. Hes an area native and has great insights into the area, the market, tenants, the economy as a whole, and real estate investing. His wealth of knowledge was extremely useful. I'm addition to his great depth of knowledge, he is extremely hard working and responsive. Hayden worked very hard to ensure I had all of the information I needed about each property as well as the best buying practices. I am an out of state investor. Hayden and The Morrow Group made investing from afar feel safe, secure, and transparent. He found some good properties and some bad ones. Each time, Hayden would provide me the information to make good informed decisions. At times I would lean on him to help be better understand an issue or property and he always have sound advice. As much as anyone could need a set of eyes and ears in Memphis, Hayden was that for me. He never pushed me in any direction and I truly felt at all times that he was my advocate and had my family and my best interest at heart. The contracts and paperwork was always quick and clear.
