"I have had the pleasure of working with Donna for the second time now: first she helped me - at the time a first time home buyer - find my dream home, answer all the many questions I had, and overcome all challenges that come with this event. Now, close to five years later, Donna has helped me again to sell my house - because you know, circumstances in life change, but it is always great to already know a partner you can rely on. So obviously I asked Donna to work with me again, and was psyched that she accepted. Not even three months later, we had a buyer for my house, at a price above market. Not only was Donna very effective in what you would consider 'her job' as a realtor, she went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were taken seriously and addressed during the process. Her communication and reaction times are spot on, her dealings with potential buyers are as you could only wish for, and her flexibility and willingness to go the extra mile are always present - but her passion for her clients is what truly sets her apart from everyone else: since I moved out of the country, to this date Donna even helps me with topics that come with a transition like that, for example forwarding me important mail. I can wholeheartedly recommend Donna and I am sure that anyone who works closely with her will consider her in the end more as a friend than as a business partner - as do I.

It is not often that a person has the good fortune to meet and work with someone like Donna Kontje. Donna worked tirelessly for months before finding us our perfect home. Donna's dedication to her clients knows no bounds. She made herself available to us day and night. She promptly responded to our numerous daily requests and went way above and beyond to ensure all were honored. She never appeared frustrated and always maintained a cheery disposition. Donna quickly gained our trust and never gave us any reason to doubt her. She treated us like family. We never once felt that she did not have our best interests at heart, and for that we are grateful. Donna is not only an exceptional realtor, but is also an exceptional human being. She is a genuinely good person who cares about others. She holds herself to the highest moral and ethical standards - traits that are sometimes all too difficult to find in today's world.
