We were so frustrated with the house hunting process, unresponsive and incompetent realtors that we were very skeptical about contracting with any others. However, Donna was so patient and understanding, she didnt rush us or make us feel forced into buying. She listened and was always available. She responded promptly to calls and text messages and helped us regain trust in realtors. Although she is new to real estate, she is eager and wants to help you find your home. I was looking to purchase in a market when houses are going for ridiculous amounts over asking prices and also ridiculously fast. Donna kept excellent communication with me throughout and listened to my needs. She also gave me clear information that helped manage my expectations very well. We closed on a house that I love and am very happy with in the timeframe I was looking for! Not only did she do all of that, she also let me borrow her wallpaper steamer after I moved in so I could give my home the facelift it needed!
