We knew our first home would always be special to us and when we expressed our desires of what we envisioned of our first home to be, Donna left no stone unturned to look for exactly the Home we would love. She patiently listened, provided honest input and insight, checked all aspects of the home herself before presenting to us and provided her valuable expertise on homes. which clearly showcased her desire to help us navigate this complicated and arduous process. She was always on time at every showing, ensured everything went smoothly and communicated in advance about the homes we were to visit. Additionally, we were also given the freedom to pick homes we liked and using her knowledge she provided us honest feedback. Over the span of 3 months, we toured over 120 homes, often after long workdays, and she always ensured we were shown the best of the homes, having planned an efficient road map of the homes so we have efficient appointments. We were able to openly discuss with her our budget, wants and needs and provide feedback on what we loved and what we didn't like about the homes we viewed, which she took in as valuable input to filter the next set of homes we were to tour. I cannot overstate how impressed we were with her throughout the entire experience, from our first meeting to closing, and even after. She far exceeded our expectations. Donna was incredibly knowledgeable with regards to our local market (North DFW), and she was unbelievably responsive to any and all questions we had. More than just a real estate professional, Donna served as our trusted guide through the process of selling our home. She began our first meeting by walking through the home and providing us with an impressive market research document she'd proactively prepared for us. But more importantly, she asked my wife and I about our expectations. She asked what kind of time frame we were hoping to operate within; what kind of offers we were expecting; and what level of effort we were willing to commit to in terms of preparing the home to show. These weren't just check-the-box questions, she listened to us thoroughly and used our responses to her questions to level-set our experience. She also established her expectations from us, including what we needed to do to meet our own goals (in timeframe and value) for the sale to ensure we were operating from a place of mutual understanding. We kept up our end of the bargain, following Donna's experience-backed guidance in preparing our home for her to stage and reaching out with any questions we had (which she'd promptly answer). And Donna more than delivered on her end. ZillowVERIFIED We started looking for a house on a weekend. I called 7 agents; of those, Donna was the only agent to respond before Monday. The only one! She got in touch with me that same day and scheduled a showing of the house we were interested in. From day one, Donna made us feel like we were her most important clients. And that really is saying something: we looked at properties for almost two years before finding one that met our needs and that we liked. For the nearly THIRTY other houses we look at, Donna was incredibly responsive and gracious beyond measure: we looked as far East as Forney, north as far as Anna, and West as far as Fort Worth. From day one, Donna took notes on the things I looked for (cracks in the concrete, recent masonry work, water stains, patching off drywall, age of major appliances, etc., etc.). She started pointing these things out after our second or third showing. In fact, I was unable to be present at some of the later appointments, and Donna still recognized the things I wouldn't like and pointed them out to my spouse. Donna was always prepared for our appointments, and had comps and info in abundance each and every time. Donna answered my quiestions and inquiries really fast; if she didn't have the answer already in hand (who did the foundation repair, when was the AC redone, etc., etc.) she got it to me within a day or two. She was so efficient I sometimes couldn't keep up with her, given my work schedule, which was a very pleasant surprise. When we started bidding, Donna really shone, handling offers and counter-offers in a fashion I can only describe as fluid. She went over the processes with us so we always understood exactly what we were doing, how, why, timelines, etc. We were outbid on several occasions (it is a seller's market!), and Donna was the voice of reason when it came to "bidding wars." More than once, I know she worked into the wee hours to get an offer in front of a seller first thing the next morning. We finally bought a home in Flower Mound, and I've just finished the first landscaping project of the year. We're delighted with the property, the neighborhood, and our investment. None of this would have come to fruition without Donna. In hindsight, I realize that we were incredibly lucky to have found an agent with the patience, diligence, attention to detail, and tenacity to keep us as clients. The fact that Donna stuck with us from start to finish, and managed to handle everything with such superb grace sets her apart from the pack. It's very rare to find an agent with the experience, skill, and finesse Donna has. I keep looking for one word to "sum up" Donna...masterful is the closest I can get to describing her. She's just really damned good.

As a first time home buyer, I had tons of questions and concerns about looking for and purchasing a home. Donna answered all of many questions and really put my mind at ease during the whole home buying process and is available to her clients day and night. My girlfriend and I had been looking for homes in North Dallas for months and finally decided it was time to find an agent and purchase a home. Once we started interviewing agents, when we spoke to Donna we immediately felt a connection with her and knew shed be able to find us the perfect home. We hired Donna as our buyers agent on a Thursday in November, and came across a house we really liked that was just listed that Friday night. Donna reached out to us that Saturday morning and asked if we wanted to go look and any houses, so we told her about the one we found the previous night. My girlfriend and I both worked that weekend so I asked Donna if we could look at it Monday night. Knowing the housing market like she does, Donna advised us that if we really liked the house we shouldnt wait and scheduled us a viewing for Sunday night after we both got off work. Before we arrived to the showing on Sunday, Donna called to inform us that there was already an offer on the house. We still wanted to see the house regardless and when we arrived there was already another couple viewing the home. When we toured the house it felt like home the moment we walked in and we knew instantly that we wanted to put an offer down. Donna had comps in the area ready to show us and with her expertise, we put in a competitive offer. I worked an overnight shift that Sunday night and woke up Monday morning to a text from Donna telling us the seller accepted our offer! I was beyond lucky to have Donna as my realtor. She made everything so much easier on me and relieved a very large amount of stress. She was always early or right on time for every appointment. She alerted me to any deficiencies/problems she noticed while walking through each home such as water damage, cracked tile, etc! If I had any questions about anything she always provided an answer or got back to me promptly which is very rare in todays world. Donna is such a great resource she even went to bat for me in a situation where ants appeared in both my office and spare bedroom a few days after closing! When I contacted the builder they gave me "the run around" so I called her not sure what to do. To make matters worse, I now live over 1,200 miles away and no way of handling it myself. Throughout all of this, Donna was absolutely incredible! She not only immediately coordinated the extensive repairs and services needed to restore my house to its original, beautiful condition through her amazing team, but she even completed all of it in under 2 weeks over a holiday weekend/her vacation! Donna spent so much time behind the scenes making phone calls on our behalf, scheduling work to be completed, contemplating staging and upgrades, negotiating for us, etc. she ensured success of our goals. ZillowVERIFIED Donna has actually helped us sell 2 homes of ours - the first be a rental property (a previous primary residence) last month, and the second being our primary residence, which will close in 2 days. Both homes are in Carrollton, TX. Quite honestly, my wife and I stumbled upon Donna. We had intended to work with a previous agent that helped us find and purchase our 2nd home, mentioned above. However, about 3 months ago, we stopped by an open house for a neighbor that lived 4 doors down. Donna was hosting an open house at the time and we started talking about our plans to sell our 2 homes in the near future. We were impressed by how Donna was able to guide the seller to make the appropriate updates and make the house as show-ready as possible within the seller's budget. Also, when the house officially sold, we were blown away with what dividends her guidance paid - an accepted offer well above original asking price. We met with Donna at our primary residence 4 doors down, and we felt comfortable enough with our limited engagement at that point to commit to work with her on the sale of both homes. The first home she helped us sell (also well above list price) was our rental property. Donna helped us every step of the way, providing guidance on what needed to be, and what did not need to be done, as far as repairs and updates. She went above and beyond in several aspects of the process, to self-hosting an open house, to personally helping with staging the home for prospective buyers. Not only that, she helped us in many ways we didn't expect any other broker to --- ie. finding us someone to haul off a large amount a debris before our first showing. The frustrating and stressful parts of the process were alleviated with how Donna was able to help us through it. We ended up finding a great young family for our home, at well-above listing price. It was a very rewarding experience. Now we have our second home, our primary residence, closing on Thursday, in 2 days, on June 7th. The same experience we had with Donna on house number 1 continued to this one. The entire process was made bearable (as far as everything that needs to be done to take professional photos and list the home) by Donna's support and guidance. The communication we had with her was excellent - she was always very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. We were very blessed to have come across Donna randomly and could not have been more satisfied than we were the the experience.
