I was a first time home buyer and she was great to me. Told me how things went while being patient and kind. I had several questions. She went out of her way to get what I needed. Both when I bought my first house with her and sold it with her nearly 10 years later. She made calls for me to certain services which was very helpful when selling, not knowing where to start in some cases. She was personable, someone I'm glad to meet and interact with.
