ZillowVERIFIEDDonna was an absolute lifesaver as a real estate agent. As new parents with a 1 month old, the thought of buying a house was overwhelming, but she made the entire process feel like a breeze. She went above and beyond, not only getting us into our dream home in the neighborhood we wanted, but also expertly negotiating the price down. She brought in a structural engineer to ensure we were making a solid investment and was always available to take our calls, no matter the time. We could not have asked for a better partner in our home-buying journey. She was friendly, responsive, extremely knowledgeable and truly helped us find our forever home, and we highly recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED Donna was everything we could have asked for, and more! She knows the PA-MD-DE area extremely well, priced our home well, connected us with necessary contractors, advocated for us so that the whole process of buying a new home, selling our existing home, and closing on both took less than 2 months! She's incredibly competent as a realtor and incredibly genuine as a person.

ZillowVERIFIED Donna knows the area (North East MD, Delaware, and South East PA), has an extensive network to get every step of the buying process done, and shes very responsive and helpful! She helped my fiance and me to buy our first house and made the process surprisingly (to us) easy. We used several of her recommendations (home inspection, title company, etc) and they were all fantastic. Shes always on top of the process and just made it all happen for us. Donna is great, I highly recommend her! If you need to buy or sell a home, I feel confident that Donna will make it happen for you.

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Donna in the super-competitive market in southeastern PA where we looked at 15 houses across five weekends and put in four different offers. We finally landed a great one that matched our needs and Donna was there every step of the way, including some very late nights and last minute scheduling things. One weekend when she was away she arranged for a colleague to help on very short notice too. We always felt like she had seen it all before, and her eye for issues and local support system saved us from making what would have been a pretty big mistake in a market where houses are going with no inspections just because of how competitive things are.

ZillowVERIFIED Where to start? My husband and I have been searching for a medium sized property to bring our animals to for at least 2 years with absolutely no luck. We had a realtor, and still, couldnt find anything. We stumbled upon Donna through Zillow when we saw a house we wanted to tour. Donna went above and beyond for us! She was really routing for us. She sent us houses that matched our description and our budget until we found aEURoethe oneaEUR?. Donna worked day and night to get us this house. She worked on the weekends, this woman did not stop! We ended up with a house we both absolutely adore and Donna is still helping us even after the fact. I couldnt recommend her more. Ive told several people about her and I plan to continue to do so because the experience we received should be the experience everyone receives. Thank you so much, Donna!

ZillowVERIFIED Donna Perri is 5 Star all the way. She is absolutely the best. Her knowledge and abilities are amazing. She works hard for all of her clients, but you feel like you are the only one. Donna listened to our wants and needs and searched for homes that fit our search requirements. I live 1 1/2 hour away from the house that I purchased. I had a few concerns, and didn't have time to drive to the house, so Donna went to the home and did a face time visit with me and answered all of my questions. After deciding to purchase the home Donna helped me set up inspections and the closing. Through this process, I feel like I acquired a new lifetime friend.

ZillowVERIFIED It's hard to know where to begin with this review. Donna Perri was an amazing allay and service provider when we bought a home. We were living in Colorado and wanted to buy a home before coming East, so we relied on Donna to provide all we needed in order to chose a property. And we managed to pick a home and get working on the purchase before leaving Colorado. We counted on Donna's advice and thoughts - and they were spot on! We came East to find a home that had all of what we wanted in an area we love and at a price we could afford. Not only was Donna able to do this, but she put together the team to get us a mortgage and make repairs before we purchased. need a home??? There is NO other agent to consider.

ZillowVERIFIED Donna was absolutely fantastic during the selling process of my Mother's home. She did a great job of generating interest in the property via print, web, and her professional connections.I live out of state, and she helped me feel connected like I was local by always keeping me in the loop with calls, emails, and text messages. She even met repairmen when I couldn't be available. She has a wonderful attention to detail, and followed up on all paperwork and made sure nothing slipped through the cracks. This was my first experience selling a home, and Donna's warm demeanor and professionalism made me feel comfortable through the entire process. She is a great choice as a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED What a great experience!!! Donna helped find a house for us as if she was looking for herself. Throughout the entire process she was instantly on top of every decision that needed to be made as well as very involved with any and all issues that arose during inspections .Incredibly,, she was at the settlement table doing calculations on the fly to ensure accuracy. That truly showed me how dedicated she is and how much she loves her work. Her communication was always clear and immediate. I can say that I would without a doubt tell anyone I know that she gave 110 percent attention to all facets of the very difficult process of buying a home.
