ZillowVERIFIEDWe had another fantastic experience working with Donna! This is our second time trusting her to sell a home, and once again, she exceeded our expectations. She sold our house incredibly quickly, just like she did with our first, and made the entire process smooth and stress free. Were so grateful for her hard work and dedication, and we wouldnt hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

ZillowVERIFIED Donna is a superstar. This was my 3rd transaction getting her assistance with, but this time, I got to experience how she handles a very difficult situation. The entire time she had nothing but my best interest in mind. She knew it may cost her a very large commission but doing the right thing by her client was more important. As always, she made everything super easy and was extremely helpful with advice and clear communication with everyone involved. Very grateful!

ZillowVERIFIED We had long difficult journey in selling our house but Donna was with us and very helpful every step of the way. We were unfortunately selling into a slowing real estate market triggered by high inflation and very high interest rates when compared to recent history.

ZillowVERIFIED We feel lucky to have met Donna. Being from Tennessee we knew very little about the Mississippi gulf coast. Donna's knowledge and guidance was instrumental in helping us purchase the "Coastal cottage". She spent almost an entire day showing us several properties as we explored the area. Donna is super responsive, very professional and always helpful ! We have found our agent (and a friend) on the gulf coast. Beyond grateful !

ZillowVERIFIED Donna was great, we contacted her from WA and flew in to Gulfport to look at homes and we had given her a list of homes that we thought we would like to see, she took us to those and then gave us the best advice of where to buy, she spent a couple of days with us and she was great, explained a lot of things about Gulfport that we didn't know and with that knowledge we were able to make a decision of where we would like to buy our property. We did not make a decision while we were in Gulfport , but did so after we got back home and she did everything we needed long distance and it was completely seamless with her taking everything for us in Gulfport. She even did the final walk through for us because we were unable to fly in for that day. I would highly recommend her, she is very knowledgeable and also a very nice and honest person!

ZillowVERIFIED I cant articulate how much I appreciated Donnas assistance, advice, patience, and friendship. I started using Donna searching for a condo for my parents about 11 years ago. Throughout the years, I have off, and on, been searching for a home for myself. Her local knowledge, professionalism, persistence, and kindness are unmatched, in my opinion. I now consider her a friend, not only a professional contact. She made searching for a home fun, with her wonderful personality, and sense of humor. She answered any question I had, regarding the properties we viewed, and went above, and beyond, her responsibility as a realtor, to help me, every time I asked her for some information. The most important thing about Donna is her character. She is honest! Even when it might cost her a sale. That is hard to find from any sales representative, but you will always find it with Donna. She will guide you through the home buying process with great ease. I am sure she is just as diligent, when she is on the sellers side too. I recommend you use her to sell, or to find your new home, with 100 percent assurance, that she will make your home buying, or selling journey, the best experience you will find in the industry. She is THE best you will find, in my opinion! Best of luck!

ZillowVERIFIED Donna was recommended to us by our kids. She listened to what we were looking for, and gave us amazing advice. She helped us find our home, and helped us negotiate a price we wanted. Since this is our last home most likely. We really could not ask for better advice, knowledge, and prices, in the areas we were looking at. The home we purchased is amazing, we got more than we thought when we were first looking. I will recommend Donna to anyone who is looking.

ZillowVERIFIED Donna did a fantastic job in helping me find a home! She worked with me even on her off days to find the perfect fit for my needs. She was with me through the entire process, and was invested in me finding a house I could make my own. She is capable, knowledgeable on the local market, and an expert negotiator. When it looked like issues were arising during negotiations, she remained calm and level-headed to keep the process moving forward smoothly. If I ever have to move again, she will be the first person I call! I would recommend Donna highly if you are ever in need of a home on the gulf coast.

ZillowVERIFIED We were very fortunate to have had Donna represent us in the sale of our home and the purchase of a condo. She is by far the best realtor that we have ever had over the years. She is professional, pro-active, listened to our desires, and did what it took to get our property noticed and sold quickly. She is easy to work with and has a friendly personality. Although I knew she represented many clients she always made us feel that we were her only client. So if you are in need of an excellent knowledgeable realtor she is the one to call. Thank you Donna your the best!!

ZillowVERIFIED Donna is very knowledgeable and thorough. She listens very well to your 'wants' and needs. We made a survey trip before selling our home and she gave us a great feel for the new area and several good options for when we were ready to buy. Once our home was sold we found our forever home on the first day out and it had everything on our wish list !!! I would highly recommend Donna.

ZillowVERIFIED Donna is an excellent agent and I'm so glad I had her help through this process. Finding and closing on a new home from over a thousand miles away seemed like it would be a difficult process, but Donna made it so easy! One trip to Biloxi to find the perfect condo and then Donna took care of everything from there. She arranged a home inspection, set up the closing, and made sure everything went smooth. She has a great knowledge of the area history which I found very helpful. Thank you Donna!!

ZillowVERIFIED I found out about Donna through Zillow and she has been the best realtor I have ever worked with. She knows the Gulf area very well, is very personable and is devoted to her clients' needs. She is a great negotiator as well. My husband and I wanted to go in at one price and she suggested another saving us around $10K! I like to think that I notice details and she pointed some out to me; very slight details like the cabinets being slightly off level which could point to foundation problems! We were moving from out of state and she handled everything. I would highly recommend Donna and she'll be the first person I call if I ever need a realtor again!!

ZillowVERIFIED Donna stuck with us for about 3 years. We looked for about a year, got tired of not finding what we wanted, and then began our search again. We found the house because Donna reached out to fellow realtors in hopes of finding us the home that met all of our requirements. She did! The house wasn't even listed. No bidding war, quick to go under contract, and a smooth close. Donna is very attentive, responsive, dependable, and understanding. We must have looked at every house on the market (seemed that way), but she never rushed us or grew frustrated (if she did, she didn't show it). Expert in VA Loans. If you want a real estate professional and not a new, overzealous agent, then contact Donna. You won't be disappointed.

ZillowVERIFIED Donna is a very friendly, extremely professional and knowledgable realtor who constantly goes the extra mile for her clients. Once I contacted her about selling my house and my 2+ acre lot, she worked magic and had both sold faster than I ever though possible. She helped me to get issues resolved quickly and recommended reliable professionals in my area who responded right away to make minor repairs to my house before the sale. Donna is so good that she had my house sold to the right buyer before it was even listed! Not only is Donna the perfect realtor, she has become a friend who I would not hesitate to trust with all of my real estate transactions.
