I would highly, highly recommend Donna and her CYR team. Donna was truly wonderful to work with from start to finish. She provided excellent leadership in pricing our home, preparing it for sale, having numerous resources to help with moving, selling furniture, etc. Donna and team did exceptional and such professional work in marketing the property and generating strong interest in the property. She was always available and willing to spend time with us to provide counsel and guidance. She has a wonderful way with people and everyone that works with her speaks so highly of her. Donna gets it done! I highly recommend Donna and would definitely use her again! I really appreciated Donnas patience and knowledge as she walked me through the process of selling my first home. I was really nervous because I had no idea what to do. She explained every step of the process and her positive approach always made me feel calm. Donna was also in constant communication with me. She made me aware when she was showing my condo, as well as when an offer was made. When several offers were given, she helped me choose the best one. Not only where I would make the most money, but the offer that would most likely be approved and was the most realistic and fair on the buyers end. Her negotiation skills are also excellent!

How do I take my house off the MLS?

Most likely you have a signed listing agreement with your agent. I would discuss the terms and timing of your signed agreement. Most likely you could be released from your agreement within an agreeable amount of time. You may be responsible for any fees the agent incurred while marketing your home and getting ready to list on MLS. Good luck to you!

How can I get the most money from selling my house?

Finding the best agent in your area will result in you getting the most money out of your home. A professional agent has done this over and over, can give you the tips you need to prepare and will have the marketing strategy to bring in the most buyers which will result in the most money for you. Meet the top 2-3 agents in your area and keep in mind that you will be working very closely with this person, in your home and personal space for a few weeks. Be sure you are comfortable with them and that they work with you and your timeline. Good Luck
