I listened to her recommendation for the best listing price for my house and went just a bit more. We had 57 showings in 4 days! I had so many offers above asking price, Donna created a spreadsheet to make it easer for me to evaluate them. Then, she spent the weekend going back and forth with buyer agents negotiating better offers. Not sure where to begin, I reached out to her and she immediately got us set up to start looking at properties on the MLS. Once ready to move forward, Donna was open to phone calls, got us set up for finance pre-approval, and ventured out to tour several houses within a couple of days. During the trying times of COVID-19, we went into the processing knowing it wouldnt be your typical realtor/buyer relationship. Having never met in person, our first encounter was quite funny having her throw a bag of gloves at me for touring all the houses. Donna was very flexible, spent her day showing us houses from Castle Rock to Aurora and even added on one that wasnt initially on our list until the last minute. She guided us through each house and the pros/cons to each. She was able to spot things the average person wouldnt and offered her expertise on things that would make the difference in each home. ZillowVERIFIED I usually don't write reviews but had to do it for this amazing person/realtor. We met with 1 or 2 other realtors who were not as fast, knowledgeable, or on top of things as Donna was. Throughout our listing/selling process, Donna made things smooth for us. She is personable, knows her stuff, a great negotiator, and strong salesperson (but NOT at all pushy or overbearing). These are all skills I lack and definitely needed those skills in my realtor. She managed to navigate selling our home through a tough family transition (divorce). Meanwhile, Donna assisted me in finding my first home of my own. My home buying process was a bit rough, I shed tears, yet Donna kept it and me together all while being at my side through it all, calling/emailing builders, showing me homes, etc. She also quickly learned what I would and wouldn't like to see in a home. She definitely makes you feel as if you're her only client. She is always available, highly responsive, and 2 steps ahead of everything through the process. Nothing will fall through the cracks with Donna.In the end, her and I found a great home and she got me a great deal! I would be renting right now if it weren't for her. There are so many other small things Donna did for me as her client that I will remain forever grateful for! She is more than a realtor to me and I will always hold her in the highest regard.
