We then meet Donna Hughes through Keller Williams. She was sweet and very polite. She showed us multiple houses and if she didnt think it was a good fit she would tell us with no problem. We put an offer on one and with the process of back and forth we had never gone through the process before and were not sure what to think. But she talked us through everything and always keep us in the loop. She stayed on top of everything and was just all around wonderful. I have already recommended her to a few friends and I will do it a 100 times over. Just hands down amazing!

Due to her encouragement to seal the deal and get signatures, she were not out bid by another couple. Second is her availability, she showed some homes that we had picked out on a very short notice at our request. She also was accessible by phone at any time. She answered emails very promptly. Lastly, she knew great people to refer us to. She put us in touch with Connie at Alcova Mortgage Company and they really know their stuff. Connie was on task and just as available as Donna for questions and such. We had a very good experience with them. Everything went on time and very smoothly at the closing. We really liked the lawyer she recommended, Bunch and Associates. It was a good experience all the way around.

She spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. We were concerned that our house, which was located pretty far from town and neighborhood with hundreds of similar homes would be tough to sell. Donna made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like having a pro come and give us staging tips, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more. When we saw our listing we were blown away. Her hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off and our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition.
