We were searching for a piece of recreational land and Clancy took the lead. Over the course of a few months of searching for the perfect piece Clancy lead every step of the way, very proactive, always informative and provided updates whenever anything came up. When we finally found our land there were a few kinks that came up during the process but Clancy never wavered, he went to bat for us, smoothed everything out, never broke stride, and we recently closed on a wonderful property. ZillowVERIFIED I was moving to the area, and Jen knew the area very well. She knew which neighborhoods would be the most valuable in which to buy. She also knew whether each home we looked at was a good value for the area. The market was tough, but I found a great home in a great location at the right price point. The sale was challenging for several reasons - I was purchasing from an estate of 6 entities, and with the competitiveness of the market most homes were going under contract both over list and appraised value. Jen negotiated an excellent price that was $10K less than original contract, for which I was ecstatic. I should also add - she found me a great deal on an extended stay while the buying process was ongoing, and even recommended local movers for me to facilitate the move from Charlotte. I'm very happy in my new home, and how the process went, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy in the New Bern area.
