Donna walked into what we thought was a hopeless situation. Our home had been on the market over six weeks so we were worried. Donna designed an aggressive game plane and implemented it immediately. We had a serious buyer within 8 days! From beginning to end, Donna kept in contact with us to make sure we knew what was going on at all times. I can not say enough about Mrs. Gafford. She is a true professional and I have made sure to tell everyone I know about her.

ZillowVERIFIEDCould not have asked for a better realtor! Donna is very knowledgeable with the workings of real estate and is an expert when it comes to the specifications of the VA home loan. We were first time home buyers and using the VA loan so had a lot of questions that she answered honestly and informed us of lots of things that we were unaware of regarding the VA loan. The whole process seemed TOO easy thanks to the attentiveness that Donna showed. She is not a salesman type realtor but truly cares and wants her clients to find their forever home. Thanks again for all the hard work Donna!

ZillowVERIFIED Donna helped my husband and I buy our first home - we had no idea what we were doing but Donna helped us the entire way. She answered all our questions no matter how many times we asked the same one. She came to Dallas to help us (which is not her normal territory) and she did phenomenal! We found our first home in one weekend! After finding the home is when she really got to work! She was always making sure everyone was doing their part to make sure we closed on time - which we did! She is an excellent realtor and I recommend her to everyone! Thank you Donna!

ZillowVERIFIED If you want a realtor that works for you and is not just in for the money, look no further because Donna Gafford is your person. I did not know Donna prior to the sell and buy of my home. Not only did she help me, but my two daughters, daughter's in-laws, sister and niece. I remember when my niece was selling her house it was the year that the tax credit was offered. My niece had a buyer but Donna had only one day to make the sell happen because the dead line for the tax credit end that Friday. Donna was at the house with the lender till late that night making sure that the lender had everything he needed to finalize the sell. She is a cheerful and helpful person that does not pressure you into anything. I have a lot of respect and admiration for her. Good Job Donna

ZillowVERIFIED Donna has went above and beyond what I expected. She was very knowledgeable on the type of living space I was looking for and really took time to be sure it met all my needs. Donna knew all the processes and helped things to go smoothly. I had not lived in an apartment in over thirty years and had no idea what to do. It was nice to have her right there by my side during this process. She was so patient and kind as my decision was hard. She was always available when I needed no matter what time of the day it may have been. She puts her Clients first. I would recommend Donna Gafford to anyone and everyone!
