Three is a charm and that?s Donna Dorsey, a charm! Prior to contacting Donna I worked with two other Real Estate persons. They were nice enough and showed the homes I requested, that?s the easy part, especially when I?m finding the homes I want to see. All thanks to technology. So what did I need a realator for? To answer questions I couldn?t get answers for, from technology. And to negotiate and close the deal. Lets face it, you can use a number of realtor apps and find a home you want to see yourself. You don?t need Donna for that. But once you find a home and you need questions answered yesterday and a negotiator who can close the deal and or point out something to you in a contract without even looking at it that?s Donna Dorsey and trust me , that?s what you need her for, that?s what you want her for. A true professional, worth her weight in gold. Donna is a pillar in the community she conducts her business in and that?s is so important. Due to COVID and the number of times the closing date was pushed, my husband and I purchased a house unseen against our better judgement. We trusted Donna Dorsey as the realtor to be honest with the condition of the home. After the closing my sister conducted a walk through of our new home that was, first of all still being emptied by previous owner when closing was 3 days prior. The house was absolutely disgusting and the previous owner tried to leave a bunch of trash (junk) behind. Since our closing, my sister has been cleaning and painting everyday and there is still an order we cant get rid of. Previous owner painted around the furniture and the realtor purposely left that our of the video she took for us. There was a leaking tub that Mrs. Dorseys assistant informed us would stop leaking after 20 minutes of not using. That was another complete lie. If you are buying from this agent, make sure you are present to see everything for yourself. This house has cost us thousands above purchase price to just clean and paint and we are not even close to move in ready yet. Very disappointed in our service.
