ZillowVERIFIEDI worked with Donna to buy a house in Cedar City, Utah, while I was still living in New Hampshire. Since I could not view the house, she regularly sent me photos and updates. Also, there were some differences between how we do real estate deals in New England and how they are done in Utah. Donna was very patient as I figured things out. Donna made the deal go smoothly, and I would recommend her to anyone buying a house in the area.

ZillowVERIFIED Donna has sold a home in the past for us, based on that experience we asked her to help us find our dream home. We live out of state and werent able to travel to look at new homes. Working with Donna and her team we were able to find and purchase a new home that we loved site unseen. They went above and beyond creating and giving us both videos and images. In addition they never questioned going to the home and taking measurements that we asked for. By the time we closed we felt we knew as much about the home as we would having seen it. The complete purchasing process from the fist phone call until closing could not have gone smother. We highly recommend Donna and her team

ZillowVERIFIED Donna and Tayler were absolutely hands down great to work with and made our experience of selling our property a pleasant experience. From the beginning of deciding to list our home throughout the process of closing on it they were very professional. If we had questions or concerns with anything they were a phone call or an email away with a timely response. They always seemed willing to make us their top priority. This experience we had will definitely inspire us to trust them with our next real estate endeavor. Thanks again to Donna,Tayler, and the Christensen team for a very pleasant experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Taylor and Donna worked with us for over a year in the process of selling our Reno, NV home and finding a new home in Cedar City. Taylor did a lot more than just identify homes to see. She soon picked up on what she knew we would want to look at and made the needed arrangements for showings on each of our trips to Cedar City. In addition she got sets of plans for houses we were interested in to us, went to the new house after close to get the gas meter number to change gas service, arranged for house cleaning service and made recommendations for other local services we needed. Outstanding support trough out for a stressful process as we had been in our Reno home for 36 years and the move for us was a big deal.

ZillowVERIFIED Tayler was helpful in the process of building our home. When we were first looking, we had a couple existing homes in the area that she showed us. After she suggested we look at some new builds, we ended up building in a neighborhood they represent. Thank you Tayler and Donna for helping us in the process of building our home.

ZillowVERIFIED Highly recommended! We feel very blessed that we found Donna. One weekend we made a last minute, unplanned trip to check out Cedar City. We saw a house that Donna had listed so we called her on a Saturday morning at 9 am. She was happy to show us the house even though it had just gone into escrow. Donna met us at the property within an hour. Since this home was no longer available, she offered to show us other options in Cedar City. She ended up spending several hours with us that day showing us different homes, lots, etc., and answering so many questions about the area. Donna is from the area and is very knowledgeable. She has introduced us to great local people, and together they all made the buying process very smooth. We would absolutely recommend Donna to anyone looking to purchase in Cedar City or the surrounding areas.

ZillowVERIFIED Donna helped me sell my mothers house after her passing away. It was very had for our family and Donna was an angel to get the home sold. Communication was fantastic, always available to answer any questions and walk me through the processes. Donna is professional in everything she does and an expert in the process of selling a home, she was outstanding of how hard it was to sell the home I was raised in. I am so grateful for all of her hard work in finding a buyer!

ZillowVERIFIED About a year and a half ago we decided that we were going to relocate to Cedar City Utah. A family member that lives in the area recommended that we use Donna Christensen with ERA Realty. When we made our first trip out there to begin house shopping, it just so happened that Donna was out of town, so she had Tayler Christensen meet with us in her absence. I will tell you that Tayler is absolutely amazing! She and her team went above and beyond to make what could have been an extremely stressful and difficult process, a seamlessly smooth and enjoyable experience. Buying a house when you live in a different state can be a very difficult process, but Tayler made it easy. She did multiple Zoom walk throughs for us always having our best interest at heart, being sure to point out all the things that she saw that could be a concern to us. We finally decided to buy a new build which we were trying to avoid because we were worried it would too difficult due to us living in another state. Again, Tayler was there every step of the way to ensure that the process was flawless. She was in constant communication with us along the way and even sent us weekly pictures of our build so we could watch the progress. Even after we closed, Tayler continues to go above and beyond by offering to help us arrange things like blind and internet installations when we cannot be there. We can't thank her enough for everything she has done for us and if you are looking to buy in that area, Tayler should be your first choice! Justin and Sara Morton.

ZillowVERIFIED We're moving from out of the area so we were looking for someone not only willing to show us properties, but give us some of the local flavor as well. Donna was great at taking the time to show us around town, give us some insight to neighborhoods, and provide a feel for the local community. And we looked at a number of properties in the process. Overall great experience!

ZillowVERIFIED Donna was amazing to work with. I was a first time home buyer and had no idea where to begin, I just walked into the model home one day got her contact info and emailed her and she was so quick to respond and got an appointment set up. When we met she could tell that I didn't even know where to begin, she laid out the process and then I got going. She responded to every email I sent in a timely manner and answered every question I had and I had a lot :) She always answered my phone calls and text messages and she kept in contact with me about what was going on. I never felt like I was a burden to her and if she didn't know the answer to what I was asking she would find out and get back to me. She wanted to make sure the process when smooth and that I was happy with my home. Donna and her Staff did an excellent job in helping me with the building process and making sure all my ducks were in a row and on time. I would highly recommend working wit her.

ZillowVERIFIED We moved from Detroit, Michigan, making a special house-hunting trip a few months before the move. Donna was recommended to us by a satisfied customer and now we know why. She reserved two days just for us and researched the homes we'd found as well as finding homes that she believed fit our profile. The home we ended up buying is perfect for our extended family and is one she suggested, not one we'd found online. Wow! She made the closing process a breeze--no snags or delays. Pleasant to work with and an expert at her craft...she "earned" our highest recommendation. Dr. & Mrs. Mark K. Wood

ZillowVERIFIED We have used Donna twice. When it came to purchase our second home we had no hesitation she would be who we went with. Donna was fair and up front with what we could sell our house for and was great in negotiating contracts we felt comfortable with both in selling and buying. We were able to tell Donna what we were looking for and she worked to get us in it. Very professional and fun to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED Will you read this review and tell me if it's ok? I debated for several months to sell my house. Being a single mom, I wanted to find a realtor that would help me with the anxiety of selling the home that I'd built, and raised my children in. I met with Donna in the evening and she completely eased any anxiety I thought I had. She walked through my house and gave me the extra confidence I needed to get it ready to put on the market. She made the process incredibly easy. , she took extra time with me to give staging tips, have professional photographs taken, and a lot more. When I saw the listing I was blown away. Her hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - the listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. What we thought was going to take months to sell, took literally weeks with an offer on the table. She was always readily available to answer questions and extremely generous with her time. Donna even bore some of the costs that came unexpectedly at the end. I've recommended Donna to everyone I know. She's a true professional and a genuinely nice gal. I realize it won't always be this easy to sell your home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor.
