ZillowVERIFIED Donna was great. She didnt sugarcoat anything, and was upfront and honest about the market we were facing and challenges that presented themselves throughout our home buying process. She was always on top of everything and made everything much easier than we had imagined. She knows the surrounding Syracuse suburbs very well and can tell you a number of different nearby attractions and stores when you view a home just off the top of her head. We were nervous getting assigned a realtor through a home buying app, but Donna proved us wrong. 10/10 recommend.

She explained everything, provided extra information and was available for any possible question I had. Donna helped me find the perfect home within my price range. Was honest and upfront about everything. She gave me tips and tricks of what to expect and how the market currently is operating. Throughout the entire lengthy and stressful process, Donna was always there to help with anything. She is exceptionally friendly and knowledgably. I do not think I would trust any other agent for my home buying process. She is a hard worker who will find you the house you are looking for. She is not the type to try and convince you to buy a house you're not really feeling just to get the process over with. Trust her instincts! Absolutely the best.

She also appeared to be pretty straight forward on what she saw at different houses. I only saw aEURoeappearedaEUR? because, well, this type of thing is not at all my forte haha! But i felt it was straight forward. And I really felt like she valued what affect things about the houses would have on me.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I would like to thank Donna for her help and hard work during the entire home buying process! As first-time home buyers, we had no idea what to expect and we were clueless in so many aspects. We luckily found Donna who had a very thorough initial phone conversation with us to explain all the details and we quickly decided to work with Donna. A few days later, we drove 4 hours to look at multiple homes she had ready for us. During that time, we also had access to a special portal and we were updated on new listings right away. This way, we were able to successfully see a home that just went on the market and we were able to quickly put in an offer. That very day we met Donna in person, we decided to put an offer in with her help. We were able to tell Donna has been in the business for many years and we trusted her with her professional advice. As our buyer's agent, we felt that Donna was always 100% honest with us and really did act in our best interest. Donna knew all about other comparable homes and how much to offer etc. We would be lost without her help. Donna's expertise and help did not stop after we put the offer in. We were so grateful that Donna was so proactive in working with the lenders and attorneys, it really made the "under contract" time a smooth transition to closing. I want to say the entire closing process was near perfect if it wasn't for some minor issues that arose during the final walk through. Donna stepped in and took care of absolutely everything, even when we were hours away from the home. I never expected our agent to do so much for us, and we can't thank Donna enough. I highly recommend Donna as a buyer's agent and if we ever need to sell, I know who to call!
