Within 48 hours of our conversation, she had come to my home, done a complete written assessment of items she recommended be addressed prior to listing AND she had an awesome handy man on the ready to complete the work (have you tried calling someone to do odd jobs? Yeah, so having that resource was HUGE!). My situation was unique because I no longer lived in the house and had in fact moved out of state. ZillowVERIFIED Donna was initially contacted by me to provide a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) for this property for court purposes. She knew that the guardian was going to try to sell the property without an agent, but she enthusiastically provided the CMA, which was provided by Donna for free. After about a year or more of not receiving any credible offers, the trustee contacted Donna to list the property. Donna provided us with some very key suggestions on what to do to make the property ready to sell - what things to update/fix/clean and what things to not worry about. Her insight as to how to get a property in showing condition is excellent! Within days (I think 3 days) of the property being listed, we received at least 4 offers, 3 at or above asking price! Donna then stayed on top of things and was easy to work with from the initial contract presentation through the closing. She is always quick to respond to any questions or concerns and makes sure that the home warranty is in place, the inspections are scheduled and performed, and that the client is aware of anything else that may need to be performed prior to closing. I would HIGHLY recommend Donna for a real estate transaction.
