ZillowVERIFIEDDonna sold our first home in Wilmington, MA. She was always professional, readily available, and knowledgeable about all aspects of the process. But her killer asset as a real estate agent is her warm personality. You can't help but like her as a person. It was a great asset for us as sellers as she guided us through a new experience (selling first home) and it was also a great asset as she interacted with potential buyers. It only benefited us as sellers that even the potential buyers liked her.

ZillowVERIFIED Donna was always quickly responsive to my questions and concerns. She was very helpful in giving me pointers during the entire construction process of the home. She was able to work well with the builder as well.

ZillowVERIFIED Donna has helped us in purchasing our first home in Lowell, MA, selling that home and then purchasing our home in Hudson, MA. We have nothing but positive things to say about her. My husband and I both have non-traditional schedules and she accommodated us again and again.

ZillowVERIFIED Donna has helped us purchase 3 homes now in the Tyngsboro area and sell 1 of those homes. She always makes herself available and spends all of the time you need explaining home buying and home selling. I never felt that I was out of the loop during either the buying or selling process. Donna also went above and beyond to help us acquire town documents in order to make sure we were making the right choice in our home purchase. I would highly recommend Donna to any new home buyer, or even an experienced home buyer. She has great knowledge of the Tyngsboro/Westford/Chelmsford area and also knowledge of the towns heading out toward Worcester county. Even though I am not currently in the market for a home purchase or sale, we like to run our renovation ideas by Donna to get an idea if it is what prospective buyers may be looking for in the future. I wouldn't use any other realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED Donna Bursey helped me sell the home I lived in for 25 years. I could not have done it without Donna's help. It was such an emotional time for my whole family. She also found our new home. It was place I would not have considered on my own. I would call Donna again and recommend her to my friends and family!

ZillowVERIFIED As a landlord in Tyngsboro. I have used the services of Donna Bursey for several years. My past experinces with several broker agents has been less then pleasing . That is until I met Donna and her team. They were spectacular in every aspect of their business, Most of all they respeceted and valued me as a client and always accomodated me in every step of the grueling process of finding good and responsable tenants . I highly raccomend Donna Bursey as a Broker both in selling and in renting. Pino.

ZillowVERIFIED She also helped get us tenants in the home for a year. The tenants were great until the lease was up. She was very professional in helping deal with getting them out of the home. We then went back to her to help sell the home. She did an excellent job in helping us with all aspects and was especially great with the added challenge of us not being in the state any more!

ZillowVERIFIED I sold my house in October of 2012. It was an extremely difficult situation that Donna handled with patience and civility. She was in constant contact with me as the buyer and kept me apprised of all goings on at the home. She marketed the house perfectly resulting in numerous offers over the course of a few months. Donna is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and hard-working. She took all my phone calls, even after hours. I can't imagine having anyone else help me find or list a home. Honestly, she handled my house sale as if she was family.
