ZillowVERIFIEDDonna was outstanding. It was a confusing long process selling our house in Mass. and buying our home in NY. Donna explained the whole process and communicated with us often. We appreciated her hard work and guidance. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Donna did a fantastic job, reaching out immediately after learning of our interest. She provided quality information on the property, and sent us all documentation within minutes. Any obstacles that created delays (not a single one was her fault), she had an immediate process to help us find our way forward, and kept us well-informed, ensuring we remained patient. This was our first property purchase, and we could not have asked for a better realtor to assist!

ZillowVERIFIED Donna Bonno is an amazing realtor who was very helpful to me in the purchase of my property. I can't say enough about her outstanding communication. She made me feel like a top priority client as she was always available through email and text. She responded in a timely manner, most of the time within a few minutes of me texting. The home buying experience can be an overwhelming one but her expertise and knowledge of the area made the process a smooth one. She went out of her way to get me extra pictures of the property which I really appreciate. She expedited the paperwork and effectively coordinated the viewing of the property. Her proactive approach was evident throughout the process. She was very knowledgeable about the surrounding areas of the property. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their house and or property. I would definitely use her services again if I'm ever in the market to buy or sell property.

ZillowVERIFIED Donna was fantastic! She was very helpful and patient with any questions we had and helping us to be more comfortable going through the process of our first time ever buying property. She was text/talk friendly and also communicated via email. Our entire process was very timely, even though we looked and thought on a couple of properties. Thanks to Donna, we now have an affordable decent home to call our own!

ZillowVERIFIED Donna had our mom's house listed within hours and we had inquiries right away. The slowest part of the entire process was waiting on the buyer's bank. Banks are slow! But Donna knew exactly what she was doing. She definitely knows the business!

ZillowVERIFIED Donna was amazing! She helped us through the process of buying a home in an area very unfamiliar to us. She was very responsive, knowledgeable and consistently went above and beyond for us. She was able to hook us up with local vendors for anything that popped up. She knew exactly what we were looking for. I would recommend her to family, friends or anyone else looking to buy in her area.

ZillowVERIFIED Donna did an amazing job in helping us purchase our dream home on the Adirondacks. Even though we could not physically be there for all appointments, she did an amazing job of keeping us updated for inspections, etc and virtual tours. While the process was elongated due to thee sellers, Donna continued to follow up with questions between the lawyers, sellers, and us. Lastly, her knowledge of the area allowed us to find contractors for projects we wanted finished before winter. We were very pleased with Donnas efforts and highly recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED Oh my goodness! Donna was fabulous! She responded immediately to my interest. She communicated and encouraged thoughtfully and consistently throughout the sale. She even allowed me to help her understand the anxiety my wonderful arm candy husband may or may not have had, and she never threw me under the bus!! She was knowledgable and worked extremely well with our attorney. She helped us find service resources as well. Thank you, Donna, for being our hero!

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Donna was a pleasure. I am from out of state and she held my hand through the process. She is well informed about the region, the local market and the process. I never got the feeling that I often get with realtors where they are telling you whatever they think will help get the deal done. Instead she was moving at my pace, ensuring that the property I ended up with was the best one for me....and not her. I would easily recommend to work with her.

ZillowVERIFIED This was my first time purchasing a home, and I had no clue what I was getting into. I purchased a four-unit property. We started the process in April and (because of tenants and the bank) we weren't able to close until December. During that entire time, Donna was available anytime I had questions or concerns. She is very kind, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable. I would work with her in the future without a doubt.

ZillowVERIFIED Donna was outstanding in helping me successfully purchase my new home. She was very knowledgeable and patiently educated me along the way. Her communication skills were excellent and she negotiated very effectively. I was so impressed with how responsive she was. She really went MILES above and beyond in bringing this sale to completion, from bringing in an air purifier- to donating home contents to a local organization. She was truly extraordinary. I'm grateful to have worked with her and would highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Donna was a pleasure to work with. She handled the sale of two separate pieces of property for me and both sold within days of being listed. Her vision, when it came to the listings, and her determination to get the job done, made the experience go very smoothly. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her and wont hesitate to use her again in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Without Donna's expert knowledge and a great deal of effort oh her part, buying my first home would not have been possible. She hekped me to avoid a number of small mistakes that would have become major problems in the process, and offered quite a bit of valuable advice about the buying process itself. I am very thankful to have had Donna as a realtor, and would recommend her to anyone seeking a home in St. Lawrence county.

ZillowVERIFIED Donna took on a challenging project with selling this fixer-upper. We both learned a lot through the ups and downs, but Donna never wavered in her patience, helpfulness and willingness to discuss ideas. Eventually she found a perfect buyer, developed a good rapport with the buyer, and made it happen!

ZillowVERIFIED I don't think you could find a more energetic, enthusiastic Real Estate professional than Donna. She seems to put all she has into her profession, and I was pretty impressed. When things were getting a little tough, she offered reasonable advice and insight as to what I should do to complete the sale. The results were very acceptable to me. I guess anyone who goes through the training and passes all the tests can call themselves a Real Estate professional, but what separates the good ones from the bad ones is dedication to get the job done! Donna was totally in the game all the time! I would use her again in a heartbeat!

ZillowVERIFIED Donna is a hard working, knowledgeable, resourceful and a great person. She helped us find a tract of land, that was not an active listing at the time. She tracked down the broker and helped us confirm the approved building plans would still be approved if we bought the property. She called the park authorities, emailed them and confirmed that all permits were still open. She recommended an attorney, architect, tree clearing expert and a contractor to prepare the sight. She met us late on a Sunday night to "walk" with the group so we could be sure where the house, garage, and driveway would be located. Most of all, she is a gracious, friendly and honest person. That alone is worth using her for your real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED I couldn't have asked for a more helpful and supportive real estate agent. I told Donna upon meeting her that I was a first time buyer and that I really didn't know what I was doing. She answered all of my questions with a professional honesty, she coached me on my deadlines, and she helped me get the best deal possible! The few hangups that did occur, came from a third party, and Donna was on the phone advocating for my initial closing date. She gave me updates as soon as she got them, which was very helpful for me. Looking back, I really feel like I great deal on my house in a climate that can challenge buyers!

ZillowVERIFIED Donna was in communication with us from the beginning and never failed to respond to questions quickly. She followed up with us on everything even when she was on a family vacation. Donna was knowledgeable about the selling process; we were living out of state and had not sold a house in NY at that point and she was patient and explained the process step by step for us. We would recommend Donna Bonno to everyone we know!

ZillowVERIFIED Good communication. Helpful negotiator. I have usually found realtors eager to sell property but wish they were more of advocate for seller than eager to close the deal. Overall it went quickly and close to asking price which I was pleased with.

ZillowVERIFIED The was a process glitch regarding a negotiating deadline, but to be fair Donna was on vacation at the time and her stand-in/supervisor didn't alert us. She did get right on it to see what could be done when she was told of it, even while still on vacation. In all other respects Donna did a fabulous, 6 star job. Very responsive and helpful, even post-sale, with a personal touch. Enjoyed working with her and think of her as a friend.
