We also liked that her team included a home stager whom we found to be so helpful. We wrongly assumed she would tell us to do all kinds of costly, impractical things, but instead, she suggested simple, quick changes that had maximum impact. As we approached the closing date, we were also especially grateful for Donna's help in resolving a termite issue; her efforts and persistence were much appreciated in getting the pest company to apply the proper treatment application. We had to use two different realitors since we were buying in one state and selling in another. On more than one occasion I needed Donnas help with the house we were selling. I did not love the realitor I chose to sell my house and Donna was always available to answer questions on that house too. I would highly recommend her.

We were specifically looking for a home to remodel, and she found one quickly. ZillowVERIFIED This was our first home purchase and navigating these waters without an experienced realtor is an absolute no no. We met Donna at an open house and she quickly told us we should meet her at some other properties. The first one she showed we put an offer on. She helped every step of the way making sure we knew exactly what to ask for. She helped us stay in contact with both the builder and developer and made sure everyone was on the same page. I can not tell you how important it is to have good communication with everyone. She was very nice and polite but the gloves came off when we needed her to fight for us when the closing got close. She showed us what to look for in the final walkthrough and seemed more concerned about us being happy in our new home then receiving her commission check. We are very hard to impress and she went above and beyond all expectations we had. I would have no problem recommending her to family and friends. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and knows the ins and outs of the real estate game. Do yourself a favor and call Donna for your next home.

We were working with a tight budget for what we needed and I needed to keep the kids in a specific school district. Donna was very through in making sure that all of our must haves and price were just right! She not only was incredibly prompt in returning calls she was very patient when we went thru multiple listings before finding the right one. The property we bought we requested to walk thru it 3 times before being sure we wanted to make an offer. During the negotiations the property owner passed and we had to finish the closing process with his estate, I would have expected delays from this but it was seamless. Donna took care of everything and had she not told me what was going on I never would have known every date was kept right on schedule. I would only use her if we ever need to buy or sell again!

Donna took her time and showed us many different houses, until we found the perfect one. She guided us and we felt grateful that she was our first relator. She pointed out flaws in certain houses that we looked at that we did not notice, as well as pluses in other houses that we had not though of. We a currently looking for our 2nd home. We are the picky sort, so we have looked at many over the last year. Donna has always been patient with us, and has never shown frustration over the process.
