I really appreciate this because I don't like playing a lot of the games that are often played by others in various sales and marketing fields. I found that Donald demonstrated character and truthfulness in all of his dealings, and that is all that anyone can ask for. He also was able to get my property sold to just the second person that looked at it, so that speaks well for him.

ZillowVERIFIED Donald is a great realtor to work with. He was helpful, understanding, and laid back throughout the entire process. We changed what we were looking for in a house several times throughout the process and he was always flexible with us. I especially like that Donald did not press us to make an offer higher than we felt comfortable. We made an offer on 3 properties, each below asking price. We finally got what we wanted with the third. There is so little inventory on the market that it can be difficult to find the home you are looking for in our area. However, we got a contract on a home in just a couple of months. Donald looked at houses with us three to four days a week and was fun to be around throughout the process.I would recommend Donald to anyone looking for a realtor. I look forward to working with him in the future.

What seemed to be an impossible task for us, since we live on the West Coast, was made possible all due to Donald and his assistant, Pamela Ralston. Not knowing any realtors in Springfield, we relied on a flyer of Donalds received in forwarded mail from Tennessee, advertising a home he sold in 26 days. After completing an online inquiry we received a prompt call from Donald. We felt comfortable talking with him as he was very professional. We arranged to meet in Springfield on February 26, 2014 to arrange to put the house on the market. Donald was familiar with the neighborhood, which gave us peace of mind in knowing we selected the right Realtor for our needs. He also provided comparison market analysis, which helped up to determine the sales price. Donald and Pamela are extremely professional and resourceful and assisted us not only in selling the home, which included an extremely professional videotaping, but they even provided connections to carry out an amazingly successful living estate sale. He worked with us patiently as we struggled to find the right fit, and he never rushed us when we were indecisive. He seemed to empathize with us regarding the enormity of the decision. He even enjoyed looking at the houses with us even though we looked at MANY before we found the perfect one. His predictions about how our offers would be received were accurate, and we made several offers. ZillowVERIFIED Donald was by far one of the best realtors we have ever used. We felt he was honest and had our best interest in mind whenever he answered our questions about an area or location. He would give you the pros and cons and let you decide for yourself instead of trying to do what HE thought was best for you. But if you asked his opinion on something, he would be honest with his answers. We had just had a bad experience with a realtor when we first moved to this area and did not want to use another one. I called him on one of his listings to ask questions, and he was very kind to offer his assistance but did not push us in any way. He slowly started helping us and before long found a house that we felt was meant for us. I would highly recommend Donald Rush to my family and or friends. :)
